I'm with you on this one. I threw $100 at it to see what's what. 10,000 impressions - 13 clicks - bye,bye Zillow

I had similar results, but something that you might not have thought about - it's still a good branding tool. Whether a person clicks your ad or not, you're still in their face. I had one ad running with my logo, a few with my face, and a few with a listing I need to sell. The listing had GREAT results in comparison (27 - 2000). Still not amazing, but better than 1-1000 for logo, and 0-2000 with face.

Great to hear, David. I'm no stranger to bugs especially around the time of a new release. I believe RealtyBaron may even have a few itself ;)

Thanks!

It is a bug. We've got a fix going in this weekend. I'll send details on Monday about when your replacement ad will start serving.

SORRY for the inconvenience. Thanks for the immediate feedback here on your blog.

Hi, it's David from Zillow,

I'd like to look into this a bit further and make sure your ad served correctly -- could you please send me [davidg at zillow dot com] the e-mail address associated with your Zillow account?
