It’s an interesting idea to do on line appraisals but the man on the ground who knows the local market should be far near in his estimates. You cant beat the man on the ground.

Arizona just passed a law about using internet services for AVM’s … very interesting. I don’t remember the url. just google Arizona AVM or something.
